Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for future opportunities, applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Recent residential construction experience within the last few years.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 70 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to and from job sites throughout the local area.
- Ability to perform physical construction work in outdoor and indoor environments.
- Ability to pass drug testing when permitted by applicable law and when required for safety-sensitive job duties.
- Ability to work safely and professionally on occupied residential job sites.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
- General residential construction
- Remodeling
- Framing
- Drywall installation and repair
- Finish carpentry
- Window and door installation
- Flooring installation
- Exterior repairs and renovations
- Tile installation
